My overall experience in the office was pleasant. The medical assistants were friendly and Dr. Lisa Law was professional and sweet. The only thing I would say is that I filled out the check-in form prior to my visit and it wasn’t until after the visit that I was informed they needed more help in verifying my insurance and they were not sure I was in network. I got on the phone with my insurance to get a rep to confirm. I understand that my insurance was difficult to verified, but they should have addressed this before I saw the doctor. I got worried that would have to pay out of pocket. In the end the problem was resolved, but I believe this could have been taken care before the visit, to avoid any problems. I was there early too, so there could have been time to do this. If I wasn’t in network, I would have to pay out of pocket. Besides that, I believe everything else went well, the blood lab was next door, so I did my blood work right away, which was great!
