I had a great experience with Dr. Kini. Never before have I felt so listened to and heard at an appointment with a doctor. She was patient and kind as she listened to my concerns, and would pause multiple times in her explanations to give me space to ask questions. She explained everything she was doing, all the tests I would be taking, and every step of the process. Moreover, everyone else that I saw at the office, including the nurses/interns who administered some of my tests, were extremely compassionate, kind, and gentle. My blood work results came back a couple of days ago and Dr. Kini immediately called me to walk me through her suggestions based on my results. As someone who actively avoids doctors appointments, I genuinely cannot wait to go back for my follow-up in three months!
