The front desk staff and Dr. Alex were very warm, friendly, and attentive. The phlebotomist was also very warm and friendly. The other techs/ nursing staff didn’t speak much to me. It was a little off putting at first but maybe they had a long day and were tired (my appt was late afternoon/ early evening).
