My wife and I consulted with Dr Lisa Alex for the first time since our primary doctor of over 20 years had just retired. We didn’t know what to expect from a new doctor and new office because we were so accustomed to our long time doctor. Dr Lisa Alex and the staff at the office made us feel very welcome and most importantly Dr Lisa Alex was very thorough and took the time to get to know us. We both felt at ease that Dr Alex would be able to fill the void as our primary doctor going forward.
Update: Both me and my wife just had our follow up with Dr. Lisa Alex recently. Since she became our primary doctor, this has been a very positive experience for both of us. We really feel Dr Alex is the right fit for us. She is very thorough and puts our care and health first. She makes us feel reassured that our care is being monitored in detail. You never feel like she is rushing through the meeting with us. From the inception, my wife commented that Dr. Alex has great bedside manners and that is very true. I would recommend Dr Alex to anyone looking for a primary care doctor that you can trust with your health.
